How much leucine does your amino product contain?

Amino IV packs 5 grams of leucine per serving, putting it in the top 1% of amino acid products on the market. In fact you would have to double-dose most BCAA/Amino products in order to get the same leucine content.

Countless research has shown that leucine is the key amino acid for activating muscle protein synthesis. BCAAs are key ingredients to consume no matter what type of athlete you are. But the majority of the BCAA products on the market are just that. BCAAs, not a whole lot else. There are a few industry-funded BCAA studies out there with good results, but these products are missing something essential...literally! The body requires 9 essential amino acids. These are amino acids that your body cannot make on its own, so they must be consumed via diet. When your body goes to make new protein, like the protein that make up your muscles, it requires all 9 essential amino acids be present, not just the 3 BCAAs.
