With the community quarantine in place and the restrictions imposed by our partner couriers, we can only accommodate COD on these following places:

Only defective products bought can be returned or exchanged. Under the IRR of R.A 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines). A change of mind on your part does not entitle you to refund or exchange.
In instances where there are product defects, we guarantee the consumer a refund or replacement of the product based on the conditions applied herein. Exchanges shall be entertained only within 2 days from the date product is received.

Orders are acknowledged upon “check out” through the shopping cart. In the event, you want to cancel your order, as long as your order is not yet shipped, please get in touch with our customer representative. For orders that are already shipped, cancellation of order is not possible.
