Only defective products bought can be returned or exchanged. Under the IRR of R.A 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines). A change of mind on your part does not entitle you to refund or exchange.

In instances where there are product defects, we guarantee the consumer a refund or replacement of the product based on the conditions applied herein. Exchanges shall be entertained only within 2 days from the date product is received. Please send us an email or Facebook Message with your order number together with an image of the product and one of our staff will get in touch with you.
